In 1986 Steve Cieciuch began his real estate career with a deep passion for the Rocky Mountain lifestyle. He dedicated his time to discovering unique real estate opportunities in and around Aspen for clients who shared the same dream. Steve moved to Telluride in 1990 when approached to join Telluride Properties and become their managing broker.
For 25 years Steve has worked in Telluride and the surrounding regions providing unparalleled real estate service and expertise to clients whose needs, dreams and desires are his top priority.
Steve has vast experience in all facets of real estate including land planning, development, historic renovation plus significant residential, commercial, land and condominium sales.
Steve has consistently been a top sales producer at Telluride Properties and is recognized as a leading performer in the Telluride brokerage community. In addition, Steve has several successful ranch subdivisions to his credit, which he helped land plan and sell completely from their inception, including: Ptarmigan Ranch, San Juan Ranch, Muddy Creek Ranch and Elk Creek Ranch.
In addition, Steve has served on several non-profit community boards as well as trustee boards. Most recently, he has been named to the board of Mountain Film, a hugely popular and inspirational film festival focusing on adventure, environment, culture & education.
An accomplished skier, fly-fisherman and pastel artist, Steve has two US National Powder 8 Championships to his credit. He also has dynamic trout paintings located in homes and businesses throughout the region. His broad range of talents in business, athletics, culture and art help his clients discover all that Telluride and the San Juan mountain lifestyle have to offer.
